Event Pass conditions
- WHR 2026 Event Entry Bands will be issued only after 4:00 PM on Friday, 4th September 2026, from the WHR 2026 Registration Desk at the lobby of The Deltin, Daman. Bands will not be issued before 4:00 PM.
- The WHR 2026 Event Pass is STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE once purchased.
- The WHR 2026 Event Band is valid for both WHR 2026 Dinner Nights only, with event entry commencing from 7:00 PM each evening. (Does not include any other Meals and Only Dinner)
- Entry will be permitted strictly to guests wearing a valid WHR 2026 Event Band or the designated In-House WHR Guest Bands.
- WHR 2026 Event Bands provide access exclusively to the Auditorium Venue, where the WHR 2026 Dinner Nights will be hosted.
- Event Bands are personal and non-transferable and must not be removed during the event. Damaged, tampered or altered bands may be considered invalid.
- Lost or misplaced Event Bands will not be replaced, and entry will not be permitted without a valid band.
- The Event Pass does not include accommodation, transportation or other hotel facilities/services unless specifically stated.
- Event timings, venue arrangements and access conditions are subject to change at the discretion of the WHR 2026 Organising Team.
- The WHR 2026 Organising Team reserves the right to refuse or restrict entry in case of non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions or applicable event/security regulations.
- All decisions of the WHR 2026 Organising Team regarding event access and entry shall be final.
